HOM Design & Build completed this full bathroom renovation in the Morris Farm community of Gainesville, Virginia. The project followed a one-for-one replacement approach: the existing bathroom was removed and reconstructed in the same basic layout. A new bathtub was installed, and the three-wall surround was prepared with the Schluter waterproofing system before large-format marble-look tile and two recessed niches were completed. Self-leveling concrete prepared the floor for new tile. The finished room includes a new vanity, quartz countertop, undermount sink, toilet, illuminated mirror, recessed tub-area lighting and coordinated matte-black fixtures and accessories.
