Construction duration starts after the project is ready to build. Design decisions, ordering and applicable approvals belong in the overall timeline too. HOM develops the schedule around the agreed scope and actual conditions, rather than promising the same number of weeks for every home.
Before selecting a start date
Agree on the scope, layout, selections and responsibilities. Identify products that must be ordered early and any approvals required for the property.
Before demolition
Confirm material availability, the agreed permit plan, room access, protection and how the household will manage without the affected space.
Before closing walls or installing finishes
