Coverage is governed by the signed project agreement. We review the applicable workmanship terms with the client as part of the project documentation.
Are manufacturer warranties separate?+
Yes. Product and manufacturer warranties may have their own coverage, registration, exclusions and claim procedures separate from contractor workmanship coverage.
Do you coordinate permits and inspections?+
When the scope requires permits, we coordinate the applicable documentation and inspection sequence as part of the project plan.
