HOM Design & Build Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you when you contact us through our website, advertising forms, phone, text message or email.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, project city or ZIP code, project type, preferred timeline and any other details you choose to provide about a remodeling request. When a website form is submitted, we may also derive and retain an approximate city, state or region, and country from the network connection. Our lead ledger does not retain the full IP address used to derive that approximate location. Our website also uses first-party identifiers and standard analytics tools to measure anonymous visitor counts, visits, referring sources, pages viewed and approximate city or region. We do not store full IP addresses in our owner traffic dashboard, and first-party traffic collection is disabled when a browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

When you submit a consultation request, we may link the visit’s landing page, traffic source and request page to that request. We use those records with appointment and signed-project information to understand which pages and sources bring customers to HOM. This attribution is not collected when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare estimates or consultations, schedule services, maintain customer records, improve our website and advertising, and comply with applicable legal or business requirements.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit a form, you authorize HOM Design & Build Inc. to contact you about your request by phone, text message or email. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop promotional messages at any time.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, advertising or business systems, and with government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect our rights. Information submitted through a Meta form is also handled by Meta under its own privacy terms.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct or delete personal information you submitted, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. You may also opt out of promotional communications at any time.
