HOM Design & Build completed this kitchen renovation in the Olde Oak Ridge community of Springfield, Virginia. The photographs document the original wood cabinetry, demolition and removal of the existing cabinet system, floor preparation and tile installation, installation of the new light cabinetry, counter preparation and the completed room. The finished kitchen combines new cabinetry, marble-look work surfaces, a gray-and-white mosaic backsplash, large-format floor tile, updated sink fixtures and expanded recessed lighting for a brighter, more cohesive workspace.
